BenQ Joybook Lite U101
The BenQ Joybook Lite U101 looks to be packed with features and might be interesting depending on its price. The only problem right now is finding anyone that carries one as they are not available in the US yet. It has a 10.1" display, up to 1GB RAM, the Intel Atom processor, built in webcam and wifi, and your choice of 4GB solid state drive or 80/120/160 GB hard drive.
